kcs offers a Kindergarten program that runs from September to June. The class size is limited to 15 children and strives to ensure the adult student ratio is 1-5 or less. Classes will run on Monday, Wednesday and alternating Fridays for the 2025-26 school year.  Class begins at 9:00 am and ends at 3:00 pm.

**Please note, all children must be potty trained, with the exception of our Toddlers and Early Intervention children.

kcs follows the curriculum identified by Alberta Education in programming for it's Kindergarten class. The following are incorporated into the school year through cooperative learning, discovery learning, field trips and centers.

-Physical Education and Wellness
-Citizenship and Identity
-Personal and Social Responsibility
-Creative Expression

kcs maintains an open door policy for all parents and encourages communication at all times. The Early Interventionists and Teacher work closely with the Executive Director to ensure all learning styles are addressed.
